Frank Amini from Shackelford Law Firm and Robert Prosak who leads S&T's licensing effort will discuss the ins and outs of licensing agreements including the main contents of a licensing agreement (the key terms such as royalties, fees, option agreements, representations/warranties, equity, university reserved rights), and sublicensing both from the perspective of a licensee and out licensing from the perspective of a sublicensee.
